Snaigow Estate

Snaigow Estate comprises two main areas of land, with the home estate of some 2,800 acres situated 4.5 miles east of Dunkeld in Perthshire having been acquired by the Cadogan family largely between the 1940s and the 1970s, and an outlying portfolio of both in hand and tenanted farmland to the south of the Tay and extending to 1,125 acres having been acquired in 1997.

Snaigow House, gardens and policies sit in the centre of the main landholding and provide a focus for the arable and stock farm, forestry, and sporting enterprises. In addition to the commercially run farm, forestry and sporting enterprises, there are four let farms, and 26 let houses and cottages. The estate has an ongoing programme of capital investment both in the farming business, and also in built property which provides a wide range of  let  accommodation .
